THERAPY FOR ADULTS

I work with adults ranging from their early twenties into their sixties, who, despite the age differences, all share the same desire and longing to feel better - to be happier, healthier, and ultimately at peace within themselves.

My work with people  is rooted in connection, self-compassion, and a focus on self-empowerment. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the conscious and unconscious behaviors that may be shaping how they feel.

My work with adults tends to focus on issues that often arise during life transitions or times of loss, including:

Anxiety, Depression and Mood issues Relationship challenge Separation & Divorce Moving Caring for aging parents Grief & Loss The "sandwich generation” Perimenopause/Menopause Questions around sexual and/or gender identity Existential Crisis Finding Your Life Calling

What to Expect

The first session is longer than subsequent in order to have enough time to establish a foundation between us. It is my desire to create a space that feels safe, comfortable and inviting for you. We will get to know each other, establish your goals for therapy and dive in - at your pace.

At the end of the session we will check in and make a plan for frequency of therapy, based on your desire and the severity of the symptoms you may be having.

I work best with clients who are ready to go deep.

I’m not here for surface-level fixes—my approach is for those who are ready to engage in honest, meaningful self-reflection and create real, lasting change.

My therapeutic style is holistic, depth-oriented, and integrative.

I am grounded in the belief that healing happens through self-awareness and inner integration. I help clients explore the layers beneath the surface—often using symbol, dream, and shadow work to access deeper truths. With additional training in somatic and sand tray therapies, I also offer creative, body-based approaches to process trauma and long-held emotional patterns.

Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, and may draw upon different therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to:

Person-Centered  Jungian Psychodynamic Existential Narrative Mindfulness Somatic Focused Dreamwork Sand Tray The Enneagram Personality

I work best with clients who are ready for change.

If you are actively participating in an addiction (drinking or drugs), I am not the right fit for you. I do work well, however, with those who have committed to a lifestyle of sobriety, and can support you in maintaining this while creating the new life you have always wanted.

I also do not work with people who are actively in crisis situations (active suicidal tendencies or attempts, or active engagement with law enforcement). Once you are in a more stable situation I would be happy to speak with you about ongoing support.

This is Your Invitation to Real Change.

If you're ready to explore beneath the surface, I am here to guide the way.
